This was a very enjoyable book. Sarah Vowell does an admirable job describing the summer soldier, the winter soldier, and the partly cloudy patriot. I like Sarah Vowell, but I suspect she does not smoke camels, or get drunk alot. This could come between us, if we were ever to meet. Her love of country shines through each essay. I would consider myself lucky to be half the person she writes.
