So, readersdigest.com published an article with twenty tips to stay safe and healthy while staying in a hotel.  I work in a hotel and thought I would see if they had anything that I didn’t all ready know.  It struck me that they did not have a tip for safety if you are staying for more than one night, and I thought I would send my tip along to them.

There is a link at the bottom of the page:

So, I clicked and found this:

Why does readersdigest.com need to know this much about me to comment on their story? By the way, here is the tip:  If you are staying for two or three day, or longer, make sure you ask a desk clerk who did not check you in for a key to your room, and see if they ask you for identification.  If a clerk will give you a key to your room without seeing a driver’s license, state identification card, or passport, they will give a key to anyone who asks them for one.
